iceland

iceland
the place where the ice and snow
live on the fields

(same as first thing)

horses and sheep
roaming on fields of rock and moss
grazing on grass

(changes right here)
(sounds louder and gradually speeds, and a different chord progression)
(part A)

with roaring winds overhead
all around
hitting you
beating you
moving you
spiritually
to another place
to another place

(changes to another sound)
(faster and louder)

with the mountains
and stories of dwarves in the rocks
and elves just beyond reach
just beyond sight

(same as the one above)

a magical place
where the lava flows
and the steam gushes
and the water and the land live rhythmically together

(stops, 2, 3, 4, different and even faster chord progression, or even a different sound)

a rough hewn comradery between man and mountain
between the people and their lands

(changes right here)
(same as chorus thing which I'm gonna call part A)

the place we enjoy
because of the colors
the goodwill of people who understand their place amidst the rubble
the boulders carried by glaciers found in backyards
houses powered by lines oft felled by winds and snow

(changes again)
(slows down a bit and is kind of like a day dream)

the lands vast and beautiful
difficult and surprising
iceland

(changes pace quickly, to a fast one)

a place of calm and peace
of destruction and awesome power
a place of meditative peace
a place where one could get lost amidst the greens

(then back to the day dream sound)

the fields endless until interupted by mountains black and smooth worn by sea winds

(day dream)

the oceans with plentiful fisheries and green mosses like fine carpets underfoot everywhere

(day dream)

lava rocks strewn about spat from the heart of the isle, born in the fiery womb of the earth

(little loud clash, or more of an interuption, then...)

(changes right here)
(it's fast and dancey)

a place where the hardy survive, and all value company,
for its only together than one can prevail in the hardest of times
a place where one can rest
have peace of mind and meditate

(changes)
(and it ends slowly, and peacefully....like a happy person who lived a long life and died doing what they wanted to)

and feel the ewind blowing and moving over going as it glides across the moss plains and glaciers
