with a weird mess
a tempermental estrangement
obscures the rest
put the list together
and plan it out
we'll get it all together
before we go down
we'll confront them about
all the nonsense from before

and build our dream
we'll express ourself
smiles gleam
down we'll march
into the dark cavern
where the beast slumper
without aid or lantern
breakfast in bed
a feast indeed
fill the bellies
what the fillies need
gather the troops
inspire the ranks
march down steps
creaky planks
the danger awaits
the conclusion thrilling
eagerly awating
drink spilling
soft music plays
as we gather ourself
we go downstairs
channel an icelandic elf
and be speakers
of our own mind
to those denizens below
of the persuasion unkind
and we'll get response
good or bad
and we'll feel better
vindicated just a tad
